The China Cross-border E-commerce Quality Control and Supervision Seminar（2016）

Conference Background
According to related data in 2015 China Cross Border E-commerce Development Yearbook published by China Customs Press shows that China's transaction scale of cross-border e-commerce was 4.56 trillion with an increase of 21.7% from a year earlier. Wherein, the cross-border export transactions reached 3.99 trillion and import of cross-border transactions reached 573.1 billion, increased 21.9% and 20.3% respectively.
With the rapid rise of the cross-border e-commerce industry in China, internationally competitive product quality, effective and strict regulation measures become essential condition for strengthening trade development．Aiming at the development status of cross-border e-commerce，relevant ministries unveil a series of policy. How to deal with changes in macro policy and build up trade regulatory regulations to adapt the rapidly industry development, these issues has become current problems of Government, Cross-border e-commerce enterprise, traditional domestic enterprises, foreign trade institutions and talents training organizations.
In light of that, China Customs Press will hold The 4th International Cross-border E-commerce Quality Control and Supervision Seminar in Shanghai on October 13-14, 2016.
During the period of this seminar, relevant leaders from General Administration of Customs, AQSIQ, CFDA, representatives of related industry associations and cross-border enterprises, service platform, especially popular cross-border products like import and export food, dairy products, cosmetic, etc., will gather in Shanghai. In order to solve the bottleneck problems of enterprises in the development process, also to promote a better preliminary communication after the new deal introduced for Cross-border E-commerce in the following year, several factors which effecting the development of China’s Cross-border E-commerce and logistics will be discussed comprehensively and analyzed in-depth with the forms of policy interpretation, case study, theoretical discussion, enterprises interaction and Q&A by professor, etc. These topics will analyze the important influencing factors on the ecological environment and Industry Chain of the Cross-border E-commerce in China, focus on subdivision of quality control of whole industrial chain with a supervisory measure to adapt.
